Fazoli’s is the latest chain to jump on the Impossible Foods bandwagon with the introduction of new plant-based Impossible meat sauce at all their locations in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Italian chain just announced that it will test the new Impossible meat sauce on two of their most popular menu items: Spaghetti and Baked Spaghetti.

Fazoli’s says they’re the first Italian restaurant chain to offer a plant-based Impossible meat sauce.

Impossible Spaghetti is a vegan dish that features a bed of spaghetti topped with new Impossible meat sauce—made with ground Impossible burger meat—vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic, and basil.

Impossible Baked Spaghetti is a vegetarian dish that features a bed of spaghetti topped with the chain’s new Impossible meat sauce (also made with ground Impossible burger meat), vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic, basil, and Mozzarella cheese. It’s then baked for added flavor.

Fazoli’s new Impossible Spaghetti and Impossible Baked Spaghetti are available now at five restaurants in Lexington for a limited time.
