JUST Egg expands its product lineup with the introduction of a new plant-based Folded Egg Patty made with mung beans, just like their liquid egg.
JUST Folded Eggs look and taste like real eggs, they’re fluffy and moist, and can be prepared in a number of ways: baked, pan-fried, or toasted.
To make them, you can throw them in the toaster for 6.5 minutes, microwave them wrapped in a paper towel, or toast them in a toaster oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Made with mung bean protein isolate, JUST Egg’s new plant-based folded eggs are vegan, Non-GMO, egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and contain no artificial flavors or preservatives.
Plant-based egg patties will be available at stores nationwide in boxes of four for a suggested price of $4.99 starting in April. You can also get 24 2-ounce patties at select stores for $35.99 (may vary).
