Kroger expands its Simple Truth Plant Based collection with the launch of the new Simple Truth Emerge: Plant Based Fresh Meats line.
Simple Truth Emerge brings fresh plant-based burger patties and grinds to the table at more affordable prices. Simple Truth’s new Emerge lineup offers the same taste, texture and sizzle as beef and are free of gluten, soy, dairy, and GMOs.
The brand’s new plant-based patties and grinds pack 20 grams of pea-based protein per serving and comes packed in a nicely finished traditional meat case.
According to a press release, Simple Truth is “America’s largest natural and organic brand.” With Simple Truth Emerge, Kroger aims to provide “11 million daily customers with new choices that fit their evolving eating styles and preferences.”
Kroger’s Simple Truth collection currently offers vegan chocolate chip cookie dough, sour cream, deli slices, oat milk, sausage, and other plant-based and vegan products.
