Qdoba, a Mexican fast-food restaurant chain, is expanding its line of lifestyle bowls and it includes a new mouthwatering vegan bowl.
The Grilled Fajita Vegan Bowl comes with sauteed fajita vegetables, corn salsa, house-made pico de gallo, hand-smashed guacamole, and salsa verde, all piled high on the chain’s seasoned brown rice and black beans.
Qdoba now offers a variety of vegan dishes to meet your needs. For those unaware, back in March, the Mexican food chain added plant-based Impossible tacos and nachos nationwide.
However, the chain’s new chef-inspired lifestyle bowls lineup doesn’t only include vegan options. They’re also offering a new Smoked Brisket Keto Bowl and a Chicken Protein Bowl.
Qdoba’s Smoked Keto Brisket Bowl comes with smoked brisket and hand-smashed guacamole served over a bed of lettuce and topped with house-made pico de gallo, shredded cheese and salsa verde.
And the Chicken Protein Bowl features a double portion of grilled adobo chicken, hand-smashed guacamole, sauteed fajita vegetables, house-made pico de gallo, lettuce, black beans, and salsa verde
The vegan bowl is available for a suggested price of $7.80, while the Smoked Brisket Keto Bowls and Chicken Protein Bowls go for $9 and $10.40 each, respectively.
You can find the new lifestyle bowls at participating restaurants nationwide as permanent menu items.
