Wagamama expands its vegan menu with the launch of the new Yasai Nikko Curry and the new Vegetable Tempura.

The Yasai Nikko Curry features a fragrant coconut, lemongrass, and turmeric soup loaded with roasted butternut squash, turmeric cauliflower, tofu, tenderstem broccoli, bok choi, mangetout, and beansprouts. It’s then garnished with fresh ginger, coriander, chili, lime, and chili oil. Includes a side of white rice with sesame seeds, but you can also try the chain’s glass noodles or brown rice instead of white rice.

Vegetable Tempura features crispy fried tenderstem broccoli, sweet potato, red pepper, asparagus, and sweet potato, all topped with wakame and served with a sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Wagamama’s Yasai Nikko Curry goes for £10.95 which is about $14.15 U.S dollars, while the Vegetable Tempura carries a suggested price of £4.75, which is about $6.14 in U.S dollars.

Both menu items are available at participating Wagamama restaurants across the UK.
